Chi-Chi Ross - Ottawa Real Estate

We initially contacted Chi-Chi about buying a property in Ottawa, but due to our own personal reasons, we decided to rent instead. Chi-Chi has been invaluable in helping us to find a home to rent. She was able to quickly find and secure a rental for us, despite us having 2 dogs and 2 cats and us being new to the country. I am happy to say that we move in tomorrow!

Chi-chi is one of a kind. At first I thought this would not work out because we dont live in Ottawa but Chi-Chi proved me wrong and offered excellent services. She communicated well with the team, she is really honest and gave us alot of advice that helped the process. She is responsive and amazing. We are looking forward to closing more houses with you and sending whoever we know that's interested in buying a house in Ottawa to you for sure (for sure) . We had a wonderful experience with Chi-Chi. She helped us find a home in Ottawa even though we lived overseas which I believe takes a lot of skill and really having to get to know your buyer as a family and understand their needs. She took into consideration what we wanted, gave honest feedback about the houses and neighbourhoods, and when we got close to buying, she took extra steps to meet the neighbours, explore the house again, send us really good and detailed videos where we felt we were right there. Highly recommend Chi-chi.

Be sure to read this! We just closed on our home with Chi last week and let me tell you, Chi went above and beyond for us. If you are anything like I was (clueless about Ottawa but ready to finally make that purchase), Chi is your plug. We aren't from the Ottawa area so we knew absolutely nothing about purchasing in Ottawa. We had no idea where to purchase, what the housing market was like, or what steps to take. Working with Chi, I feel like I just took a crash-course in Ottawa RealEstate through her lol. Chi taught us everything! She literally did all the leg-work on our behalf. AHmazing Realtor here. You honestly can't go wrong. She's absolutely professional. Absolutely dedicated. She guides you through the whole process. She's respectful and so KNOWLEDGEABLE that you'd just feel so comfortable working with her. She's isn't the first Realtor we'd work with in the Ottawa area and from my experience, I can assure you she's an expert in this field. She knows Ottawa through and through. She isn't pushy and this was important to me as I was picky (when you know what you want, you know what you want, right?). We found her after we were almost at the point of giving up on purchasing a home and with her guidance we were able to find a home in less than five days. Did I mention that she's also really brilliant and strategic? In fact, her brilliance saved us thousands of dollars! One of the homes we wanted had been sold but she suggested she'd keep an eye on it just in case it went back on the market for some reason and she was right! The very second it went back on the market, we got the house! No, seriously, Chi was amazing. She was amazing every step of the way. At no point did we wonder whether we'd made the wrong choice working with her but we did wish we'd known her sooner. My only other wish was that we had the money to purchase more homes in the Ottawa area so we could work with Chi again to get more homes. Hopefully that happens, Chi!
