Steven is an excellent realtor, period. He helped us purchase our home recently, and did it without a hitch. He is very attentive, knows the market inside out and gave us great advice. He also went out of his way to close the deal while he was on vacation. He responded to all of our questions within the hour, and negotiated a great deal for us with the seller's through their agent. However, what I most appreciated about Steven, was that he did it all with none of the cheesy sales tactics that that most of the other realtors I dealt with use. He's straight to the point, and very honest. I would definitely recommend him, and will be using him for our next purchase as well.

Steven is a true blessing. I purchased my first home with Steven's guidance over 5 years ago. When it came time to selling my 75-year-old uncle's condo a couple months ago, it was an easy choice about 'Who would be the realtor'.
