Purchase of a Downtown Condo I have been living in Montreal since the beginning of COVID in 2021 but previously I lived in Ottawa in a flat. I returned to Ottawa on December 21, 2022, satisfied with my purchase, having bought a condominium downtown with Bob Fraser. (Background) In order to accompany me in this purchase, I contacted Mr. Bob Fraser earlier in 2022, a reference from a friend who had appreciated the services received and his professionalism. I was not disappointed! I appreciated his support throughout the process that led to the purchase of my condo. Among other things, his commitment to finding me a condo that would suit me, according to my needs, my tastes, the quality of the condo, my budget, etc. The relevant information received throughout the process, both verbal and written, was always prompt and accurate. Not being in Ottawa, Mr. Fraser went to see condos for me and sent me videos, etc. An appreciated commitment. I also appreciated his promptness in following up on my requests and information from beginning to end, a diligent and reassuring presence.
