I'll start with the conclusion: I really enjoyed working with Nick. I was looking to purchase my first home, and I had a lot of anxiety about it, and even more questions. Starting out, I understood nothing about the process. But Nick has been very patient with me and my questions. He always took the time to answer my questions, no matter how trivial they were. My first language is not English. And I had some anxiety that there will be some language friction when communicating. But the concern turned out to be unnecessary because of Nick's patience and his willingness to explain even the most trivial things. It also helped that Nick was experienced, and his explanations were clear. So I was always satisfied with the quality of answer I got, and felt reassured that I got accurate information. Nick was easy to talk to, which wasn't true for many realtors I had interacted with. Our communication had been smooth all throughout the process. I was never afraid to ask or make proposals. And Nick would listen to them and offer me his thoughts when he sees fit. I always felt like Nick had my best interest at heart. And I would recommend anyone looking for a realtor to reach out to Nick!
