My brother and I couldnt have found a better realtor than Martin if we had interviewed 20 candidates as we faced the daunting task of selling our elderly mothers home in Westboro. Martin knew the neighbourhood like the back of his hand, and he was a real pro in how he held our hands as we proceeded through every precarious step of the sales process. Martin and I just signed off on the sale of my home. What a roller coaster ride this week has been. From my first thought of selling to the e-signing, Martin was there with guidance and support.
