I would like to compliment A.J. And the Gentleman who does the Rexall Deliveries for this store. They were extremely helpful in getting my prescription delivered. When I was injured. The service was top rate. The Pharmacy staff that I know have always been very helpful. Al, Katlyn, Kathy, Ivy. I apologize for not knowing the names of the other staff. The service is very much appreciated. Five Stars for sure. Thank You Larry Ropp

Went in for childrens Advil, since I have a child thats very sick and with there being a shortage, fair enough thought I would try my luck. As Im looking for the medicine aisle, I see an employee, Sandra, give a customer a box of childrens Advil. Just to overhear their conversation, that Sandra had it on hold in the back and she already paid for it giving this guy the medicine for free. As a store, Im surprised youre allowed to hold coveted items for employees and then pick and choose who theyre handed out to.

My partner never complains and doesnt like doctor visits. After getting his second covid vaccine he now has pain in his chest, shortness of breath, sore and swollen throat with dizziness. When he called the pharmacy they advised him to go to emerg. Emerg was useless. But many hours later the pharmacy called to follow up and see how he was feeling. Theyre even going to follow up tomorrow. They showed concern because of the lack of care in emergency. This pharmacy showed better bedside manner and compassion than the emergency department in Owen Sound. Absolutely marvellous care. We appreciate it a great deal.

Been with this pharmacy now for 4 months, it's great thus far. I see no reason to listen to the 1 star reviews, they're older posts and you can't blame the pharmacist for coverage issues that you should be taking up with your insurance company. I've called in scripts with short notice (like 30 mins) and they were ready when I got there every time. I also was in a jam for a medication that was one most pharmacies don't carry in stock (order as needed due to cost) and they went out of their way to find another store that had a few left over in the area - they even drove it to this location. Good selection, prices are fine and staff is very friendly. I'll use this over a shoppers any day!
