We are so glad that we found Richard to fix our plumbing issues after failed attempts with 2 other plumbers. Richard helped to remedy many of the incorrect piping work, installed appropriate measures for the sump pump, added French drain to properly drain water from the basement. I am a landlord and I had a sewer backup problem in my rental property. Richard did a great job at a reasonable price. His goal in life is to be there to help people. He was so professional and patient dealing with my tenants. Another plumber would have probably walked away and quit but Richard cared too much about us and our house. He even came out on a Sunday because my tenants had a concern and he wanted to make sure everything was okay. Jackhammered through our basement floor for 6 days without covering anything. Our home and belonging are covered with thick concrete dust. Left sewage spread through our house for a total of 10 days they were at our home. Nothing was cleaned up and we were told by the plumber, if we didn't like it we should find a new place to live. New floor drain is about 1/2 inch higher than the rest of the floor and so the entire floor will need to flood 1/2 inch before it can start to drain. Very rude, Very dirty, Very unprofessional. If you want your house and belongings destroyed then I would recommend to use this company. We will spend thousands to clean our home and replace our electronics. The first picture shows the sewage on the wall after "all work and cleaning is done" the second picture shows the dust on our things after "all work and cleaning is done" the third picture shows the height of the floor drain being higher than the floor.
