I have a rental property and the kitchen sink became clogged and was overflowing. All the plumbers in the area were busy with at least a week before i would recieve service. I have tenants so that time-line wouldn't have worked. I called Ernie at Publows plumbing and they were able to come out the same day and rectify the issue for me. They were efficient, clean and a life saver.

My mother and father used this company to fix their water heater. My parents are elderly and my mom is retired. This company charged my parents over 1000 for a simple valve fix on the hot water tank. They also charged my parents for an apprentice without discussing this with my parents. The people that came out stripped bolts so they had to travel to get more bolts, this travel they also charged my parents for even thought the problem was their fault. The charges this company tries to get away with is ridiculous. I have talked to a few plumbers I know and they agree that Publow's is charging some ridiculous charges. This company seems to take advantage of elderly people who may not be able to realize they are being taken advantage of. I have informed my parents to take Publows to claims court if they will not adjust their bill. This business is not accredited with the BBB and I understand why after this experience. Please do not let this company take advantage of you like they have my parents. Service: Water heater repair
