I recently accompanied my friend to the mobility shop at the super centre in peterboro My friends had dropped her phone in the lake and had no luck with Virgin Mobility, we were greeted by Matt who took this difficult and expensive situation and went above and beyond to make my friends experience more pleasant. In the line up for assistance he was amazing with everyone completely thorough and multitasking along the way. I have worked as a corporate travel agent 40 years and always notice service in a country where I find service becoming extinct, this young man was extremely knowledgeable and professional surely an asset to his employer.
