Great place to live as far as tenants go, however, TVM doesn't take care of problems with apartments or the building

Best run building in this city. The pair who are the superintendents do a fantastic job; always clean. Building is older but you would not know it.

Its a meh place when I lived there and just watch out for your cats cause someone stole mine right out of my apartment as I was moving out.
