Foote Steps

I highly recommend Foote Steps. Darlene is an incredible reflexologist. Shes trained in many modalities and techniques and really loves what she does. You can also tell how knowledgeable she is about the pressure points in the body. She did a hand/foot reflexology session for me and I was SO relaxed after, I had the best sleep in ages. Also TMI but I was having some digestive issues and it cleared up the morning after our session.

I have been a client at Foote Steps for a couple of years now and I can't say enough about the professionalism of Darlene and the amazing care I have received. Darlene truly cares about her clients and goes out of her way to assist where she can to make her clients feel better. As a Reiki Master in the form of Usui, I've never had Kundalini Reiki, & I've been wanting to try it for a while now. I also wanted to try Reflexology for my feet. I typed that on Google, & Darlene's name came up (super cute & catchy name idea, by the way). I haven't had the Reflexology yet, but I really enjoyed my Kundalini experience. Darlene is such a nice person and a great Master at her skill. Bless her, she was so patient with the amount of excessive talking that I wasn't expecting to do (Throat Chakra stuff) I'm going back for sure, and I definitely recommend her, weather a Reiki pro like me, or a beginner, she's very accommodating and she answered all of my inquiries about Kundalini. I'm really enjoying Kundalini Reiki... a different energy, & yet similar to Usui at the same time (difficult to explain, but if you've experienced a session, you'll know what I mean) I'm going to have to try foot Reflexology next. Not every person in a Spiritual practice is the same. Some are authentic & kind, & some are not. Darlene is definitely authentic & kind & that's supportive important when working with energy. Just saying! Thanks Darlene. I'll definitely be back again.
