Alan was very reliable and friendly, reply in professional manner, and patiently answered all my questions. The pricing is reasonable with excellent services.         Our fridge stopped working on Saturday. Allen told me on the phone to wait a few hours to see if what I had tried would work. Right away I felt like he was trying to genuinely help. He could have said hed come right away and charged me for a service call. After a few hours the fridge still wasnt working so he squeezed us in on a Saturday evening so our food wouldnt spoil. Very honest person. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Allen!! Service: Refrigerator repair
