Staples Head Office

This is the worst company. It blows my mind how they have any customers. They have no customer service what so ever. My order has been in transit for 2 days and it's an hour and a half drive from here lol they say it might be another day or two. Its already past the 3-5 business days. Why offer this service? Your resolution is "too bad just wait" after taking hundreds of dollars from me for this service. Wow thanks!!!

Have ordered online multiple times. Never any issues. Some products are overpriced but the quick and free shipping makes up for it.

Very poor quality of service when making a claim for products purchased with warranties. Spent over 2 hours on the phone and they cannot find the credit I was "supposed" to be issued after I provided the work order # confirming the claim. No department is claiming responsibility or has knowledge on how to resolve the issue. I kept having to call independently, they could not even transfer my call. I wasted way too much time on these calls and still have not got anywhere. Sincerely, an extremely disappointed customer. Rating 2 stars because although the staff pleasant, although not trained well in resolving customer concerns. I guess my $600 purchase will be a lesson learned not to shop here again.
