Most disturbing to have our family doctor dismiss us at this sorrowful time in our lives. Dr. Novac refused to look at a short video of my mother in law and chose, rather, to complain about the government not paying her unless she does so in person. She must presume that we can pay hundreds of dollars for medical transport. We can't. She might have offered to make a house call and devulge a fee we might be willing and able to pay. She didn't. I wonder if my dying mother in law were to show up at Mackenzie hospital, across the road from Dr. Novac's office, If the Doctor would bother seeing her... complain

She is very rude and treat the patients with out empathy. She only thinking about money.

Dr Novac is a very knowledgeable physician with excellent attention to patients' issues. She is always willing to hear out all of our symptoms and refer to appropriate specialist care. Thanks to Dr. Novac's help I was able to finally get treatment and cure a long standing heart issue that was overlooked by my previous family doctors.

i was a patient of Dr Novac's for 3 years after moving to Toronto. Dr Novac I found very pleasant and knowledgeable, but the receptionist was terrible, very rude and arrogant and made people feel like children to be ordered around. My appointments were generally late afternoons or weekends to fit in with my work schedule. Sometimes i arrived early depending on traffic, but the receptionist would berate me and tell me to sit down and wait my turn, I never asked to be let in early , i was only advising the receptionist i was there because traffic was lighter . But to be treated like a three year old and told to sit down there (pointing to a chair) and wait, especially when i was the only person in the waiting room was demeaning and rude. I am 67 years old, not 6 years old. I moved to a new family doctor in Richmond Hill and could not be happier. I would never return to this medical practice, even if it was the only place available.

My mom has a bulging disc and had spinal meningitis she is a dog groomer and has been one for 25 years her back is getting worse with the bulging discs and the pain is on questionable she was on a pain patch which was working and then the end and it came out of people overdosing weren't using isn't their medication right I decide to come off cuz it scared me I decided to come off and medication and I turned to a doctor said what about methadone well methadone has been the worst thing ever it has rotten my bones my teeth everything I am worse than I was when it before I started now I am looking for a doctor Novak to please help me
