Carefirst Family Health Team

I had bad experience with more than 5 family doctors in Ontario until I came to the CareFirst team. The receptionists respond promptly to my call for booking appointments and my enquiries. I am so thankful to have Dr Lesley Wu to look after my whole family's health. She is kind, patience, knowledgable and care for her patients.

Terrible administration. Booked time off work for a lab visit only to find out the requisitions were incomplete. When lab called office, the clerk said there is no record of the requisition and doctor is off today. Imagine. Please be better. Make the right choice when evaluating this office

I dunno why but Ive never had my physical done properly here. Ive never gotten a blood/urine test or a breast exam done in 3 years and every time I ask the doctor says I dont need it so currently looking for a new doctor. Someone can take my spot now with the female doctor theres going to be an opening soon

Just transferred to this clinic from another family doctor. Nothing but positive experiences, very spacious office, friendly front desk and Dr. Jerry Zhang who cares about his patients concerns.
