They do not mention the $100 fee for consultations, be aware of this! After going for a consultation for PRP hair therapy and receiving a consultation pretty much that had nothing to do with PRP ( what I asked for), they tried to charge me $100 for it when it really gave me no information as to what I was looking for. Just a tip for the future, if you need to make your profit off of consultations then it is probably not a very good business. If you guys were more polite and did change your whole attitude towards me after I told you I was not paying the $100 ( which I was unaware of to begin with) I probably would have came back for the PRP treatment. After what happen today, I will be going somewhere else. Do not try and trick money out of people, especially young people like myself. Make it more clear that the consultation costs money because most people would not book one if they knew of this before hand! And to answer your response, you knew exactly what you were doing when you failed to mention the consultation fee on the phone call we had as well as texts msg you sent me which I check more frequently than my emails.
