Working with Nick, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. He was very professional, kind and thorough with his work. Nick lied to us. We reached out to Nick through our agent and he sent me details on preapprovals on an email. Later when we bought and applied, he said bank denied. For my pay and profile, there is no bank on earth that can deny but Nick said My application was denied! He also took 4-6 weeks for this! Absolutely stressful! Later I went to the bank and applied and got an absolute best deal. Bank also confirmed they never received my application. Do not recommend and dont trust! Do you your research! Mortgage is no rocket science!
