Shelley is amazing! I have been seening her for a few months and my life has definitely gotten better. Therapy is hard work and is a process, you need to do the work at home as well which is why it's so important to get someone sho can guide you and give you the proper tools to work on yourself. Shelley knows exactly how to navigate the issues you bring up, gently and with no judgement, and she is truly caring and compassionate. If one of your goals for the new year is self care you have to go see her!

Shelley has really helped me resolve some Psychological issues which I always thought I would never need professional help with. She made me realize how important it is to have professional help to resolve deep rooted issues from childhood and just to have a non biased opinion about life decisions and situations. I feel I am Developing into a much better person because of her service and I cant imagine life without it! Extremely professional, super easy to get along with and an absolutely amazing person! Give her a try you wont regret it!
