My fianc and I were looking to move out for the first time and we had no idea on how to get started or what the process of finding a rental was like. I found Jeff online and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us from day 1. Jeff constantly went out of his way (and still does to this day) to help us and get us answers to any question we had. Jeff spent a lot of time helping us find the perfect place and dealing with any obstacle that came our way. Jeff was extremely flexible with us and our unpredictable schedules and checking up on us to follow up. Jeff is super friendly, dedicated, kind, helpful and great at his job! Even off the clock, and more than a realtor, Jeff is an overall amazing person and makes you feel like his friend. I would HIGHLY recommend him any first time renter/buyer!

I would leave 10 stars if I could! I worked with Jeff during Feb/March 2023 to find my first rental apartment in TO. Jeff is patient and on the ball- he was so eager to make sure I found the perfect place, and helped educate me along the way which was very reassuring as this was my first time looking for a place. On top of that, extremely friendly and inviting to my whole family during the process. I will be recommending him to anyone I know looking to find their next home!

Working with Jeff was a great experience. He is a vey knowledgeable, professional and honest agent . He was always available to answer my questions and very easy to talk to . He always consider my best interest . He was so patient with me through the entire process of finding my rental . I really appreciate his work and definitely work with him in the future .
