Scott helped me to find already 3 units for the renting started since 2020. The best agent I have ever seen. All 3 units was amazing. He is very experienced and helpful. He spent a lot of time trying to find the best units, I had a chance to see everything I wanted and get the best option out of everything. Always respond to messages and emails at any time of the day. Helped me with a paper work when I had to extend the lease for the unit. All three units was secured and signed very quickly. Scott is the most reliable and trustworthy person. He explained me everything from the collection of the documents and to how to set up hydro and etc in the unit. Thank you a lot Scott again for your help, patience and great units in the city.

Fantastic service! Scott, helped me with my very first apartment search during a super stressful time. I filled out my information for a visit and got a response within a day and was able to view a bunch of units within the same week. Even-though I eventually didnt end up getting the place, Scott was very transparent, helpful, and quick to respond throughout the process. It was really reassuring to have Scott as my forefront person, in putting together my application, and interacting with the landlord. I 100% recommend his services for home buyers and renters.
