I just purchased my first home with Alvin. It was a seemless, informative and efficient experience. Alvin got right to work based on my needs and budget. He arranged our preapproval with his mortgage team and on we went. He was very detailed with his comparable analysis and gave me great options as my location demand was pretty narrow. However, Alvin was able to negotiate an amazing deal and fulfill my expectations. Alvin was responsive with urgency to all my questions. He was deliberately methodical in guiding me through the process. At the end I got the home I wanted below my budget and in the heart of Downtown Markham. Alvins knowldge and intergrity is hard to find and I am glad he was part of this significant process of my life.
