I found Charlotte via Instagram when I came across one of her many home buyer tip videos. We were slightly nervous about taking that first step since the market is so volatile, but were trying to be as prepared as possible by doing the research. Charlotte was always available to answer our questions and guided us through the process which gave me much comfort. Our goal was to find a home within a certain time since we had many other life events going on, and she was able to find us what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend Charlotte, especially to anyone whos feeling uneasy about getting into the market. Shes personable, professional and a wealth of knowledge!

Charlotte was a newly minted real estate agent when we decided to sign with her. Although my partner and I initially had our reservations, her dedication and work ethic won us over quickly. Throughout the process, Charlotte was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. She was always available to answer our questions and replied promptly even if we had a question late at night! We are happy to say that we were able to purchase our first home with Charlotte and really appreciate her for being there for us every step of the way. I can't wait to decorate our new place and invite her over for a dinner party!

Charlotte was very helpful throughout the condo buying process and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent! As a first time homebuyer, I appreciated how Charlotte answered all my questions patiently and made the process much more transparent. She helped me learn about the real estate market and had good insights to share as we were viewing/choosing properties. In addition, I feel that Charlotte puts a lot of care into meeting her clients' needs. Working with Charlotte was easy as she would reply quickly via text/email to any questions or requests that I had and she was able to book viewings on short notice at times that worked with my schedule.

Probably the smartest and the most caring real estate agent here in Toronto. I took her help to find a condo in the downtown area and I already have 10 options to look at within few hours of getting introduced to her. We went through each option together discussing which would suit me best and were worth taking a look at personally. I loved her short loom videos where she gave me a virtual tour of the places. She was very fast in setting up showings and communicating with the landlord to finalize the place. She was always before time waiting for us at each showing and replied almost instantly each time I texted her. I could completely rely on her as I knew that she had my best interest in mind. Charlotte did all the thinking for me and overall made the house-hunting journey very easy and fun. It was like searching a home with a friend.

Charlotte was amazing to work with. Always did her best to be accommodating to our schedule when it came to viewings. She is also very knowledgeable when it comes to what we wanted in a place to live according to our preferences. All in all we are extremely satisfied in choosing Charlotte as our realtor.
