Trustworthy, knowledgeable and a true advisor. We had a great experience as first time home buyer. Roy had great patience, understood our needs and suggested us to wait when it was right and also helped us make a quick decision where required. Roy is an absolute pleasure to work with. He worked so hard to find me a property to purchase and later worked with me to rent out one of my units. He takes his job very seriously and puts every effort into making both parties of the transaction happy.
