Caryn kept my requirements for a condo, in mind, and selected suitable condos for us to visit! Absolutely love Caryn's approach. She's thorough and worked around my schedule exactly how I needed. She made the whole process of listing for a tenant super easy. Weill definitely be using her again if the second unit opens up soon like I think it will.

Caryn was a joy to work with, who really made the hunt for a rental more fun than it was! The rental market is tough right now, and despite losing out on a couple of places, Caryn was always positive that something better was around the corner, and she was right! We chose to work with Caryn as we knew that she would provide us with more opportunities to view rentals, and would be able to do research on the rentals we otherwise would not be able to. It was because of her due diligence that we dodged what could have potentially been a scam, and we were so grateful to have someone like her on our side. I would absolutely recommend Caryn whether you are looking to buy or rent, we had an excellent experience overall!
