We worked with Sandra and Isaac to buy our first home in the summer of 2022. We could not have had a better experience. They were both so kind and helpful and patient with our questions and anxiety as first time buyers. They were super responsive and we genuinely enjoyed spending time with them. We felt like they genuinely cared about finding us the best home for us and never once felt like they were just trying to sell something to us. We were prepared to pay more for our home but Sandras advice and experience was instrumental in negotiating a better price that we were very happy with. They were also very helpful in helping us understand the financial aspects of our purchase. They followed up with us after our purchase and even visited us in our new home! Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and efficient team. I needed to find a place to rent and move-in ASAP. Isaac and Sandra arranged 7-8 appointments to view units within a 2 day period, and within 10 days I had secured a new place for myself to move in immediately. I highly recommend them.
