Several months back, I and my family needed to find a rental unit in a different city than we lived in at the time, and also had to find tenants for our owned condo unit we were looking to move out from. It was a chance meeting with Pedram during that period, and from the first interaction we knew that we were dealing with someone who is very professional, believes in finding a win-win situation for both sides, and transparent at every step of the process. His services right from setting up our unit for visits, listing it, coordinating with potential tenant's agents, all the way upto the start of tenancy was top-notch and we couldnt have asked for a better RE agent to support us in this otherwise stressful process. For all my future RE needs, I am definitely going back to him!
