    Update: I canceled my internet service bc they couldnt get me a technician to fix my problem but kept the phone service (affordable). They also gave me a $50 credit which will cover a few of my phone bills. Although i was very annoyed with their inability to fix my internet problem, customer service is not rude and they start to get back to me faster. I still wouldn't recommend it for internet but for phone it should be fine. Previous review: Used to be a great service but not anymore. The internet is always having problems and the customer service/tech department refuse to fix your problem or send a technician. They waste your time for weeks making you restart the modem or a send a new one to avoid sending a technician. They always say "______ department" will call you back but they dont. Im sick and tired of the terrible service and the internet problems so i cancelled. Wouldnt recommend it anymore. What a pity.

    Started off really bad. Did not coordinate with the technician in order to set up the modem (which was not there when the technician came). Did not provide us with the necessary information in order to set up the wifi on our own with a DSL connection. Had to call back several times in order to get things moving. The 1st technician from Bell did not do his job. But atalk was able to send a 2nd one who was great. After 1h spent on the phone with a worker from atalk, the connection finally worked, but was really complicated. I was paying for 25mbs, could not even get 1mbs download speed. Finally cancelled after two weeks. Do yourself a service and got with another company. Customer service is really bad, and the rep confronted me with this review... Told him the same thing to his face.

    If u want to spend more money for less, then Atalk is for you. Otherwise, stay clear! It charges more than other DSL resellers and has NO customer service or support. Literally, there is only 1 person answering the phone no matter what you are calling about and this person will tell you he/she is an receptionist but cant transfer your call to anyone, can only take ur number and have someone call you back and no one ever do! I can understand this as a cost saving method, but all savings goes to the company and not to you.
