I went with my son today to upgrade his phone with a new plan. As soon as we walked in Gary gave us a friendly greeting, and it was a wonderful experience from that moment on. He was knowledgeable; took the time to explain the plans and threw in a twist of humour which was refreshing in these times. It was a pleasurable shopping experience and Gary was great!!!

I called to find info on buying the phone I wanted to upgrade to and instead got a rude lecture on how I wasn't going about the process correctly, even though I'd already spoken to a Bell rep on the phone and gotten my account sorted out. I never found out where to find my phone, just that I was apparently going about it wrong. Customer service over here seems to be a big 0/10 on account of the dude wanting to lecture instead of help. But apparently he's been working there for 25 years. Maybe it's time to pack it in if you aren't helping anyone? Food for thought.
