        This is my absolute favourite location to work out!! I am from London Ontario so that is my home gym. I travel often and have been to several locations but I will drive over an hour to come here for the experience of pleasant staff, clean environment and friendly welcoming people, no judgement! I cannot say enough good about this place!!! So great !!
