On Saturday I sent an email of interest on a property for lease. Within a matter of an hour Kevin Ryan responded to my inquiry. He gave me a bunch of options that fit my desired budget. I set up viewings for Sunday morning. My better half and I decided we wanted to apply for one of them. By Sunday evening the process was already completed and the lease had been signed. Kevin was very helpful and timely with the whole process. I highly recommend this agency if you have the need for any assistance in finding a home for your family as well.
