Terrible and delay company, Client paid money fast for service from March 24, company never contact agent for appraisal, 4 days later, buyer have to contact to company and ask and they realize and book appraisal for the next day, promised the report will be done shortly, but end up take another business day and send report on 30 March, customer closing date is 30 March, and have to facing private mortgage because of them. Whoever assigned appraisal by this company is bad luck.

Customer pay appraisal fee quickly but the company itself did not order appraisal and very delay. Agent try to call company and then they book appointment, trying to get explain the situation that they already delay, please do it quickly, company is still not take their responsibility, then take 1 more business day to send report to lender. Whoever assigned to this company is completely bad luck
