I purchased 2 catalytic converters for my 1991 Mercedes. I returned them because they would not work for my vehicle. Despite providing tracking information, the seller requested that my refund request be denied. Ebay denied me a refund and the seller is being allowed to keep the merchandise and my money. I contact the USPS to determine why their website shows the item shipped and not delivered and it turned out that the item was delivered but not updated in their system. While Ebay and Paypal may not know that because the tracking information does not show this information, the seller knew if the return had been received.

I purchased a catalytic converter (AB Catalytic 42607) from Calnorth off Amazon for my 2001 Jeep. They sent me a defective unit with the Lower Bank O2 Sensor pointing into the Oil pan. I was unable to install for 2 months waiting for some other exhaust parts. I asked for a refund an they first denied and then tried to offer me $50.00 which does nothing to solve the problem or deal with a defective unit. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE OR COMPANY!! Buy a walker or magnaflow instead, it will cost you less in the long run.
