I actually got very lucky and was able to get a same day appointment because someone cancelled theirs, so I can't speak on wait times. However, he was an awesome doctor. Very nice, helpful, nonjudgmental, listened attentively to what I was going through, and walked me through everything. Made sure I was comfortable and calmed me down when running a physical exam. He genuinely cared, and gives off cheery old man vibes.

Voicemail is full and no one EVER picks up the phone. I can't cancel my appointment and they're threatening to charge $100 for no shows! Horrible way of managing scheduled patients.

Dr Chan was amazing . He is dealing with my husband's liver condition. He is very down to earth and his personality is very straight up. He does not sugar coat things which I found helpful. He was able to advise what would happen and one could improve in his joking loving matter . I think he is a great doctor .
