        Dr. Joseph really cares about your health & wellbeing. I have been her patient for 30 years and although her receptionist team has changed over the years, the lovely ladies she has now do their best to show compassion in their exchanges with patients in my experiences. Its a difficult time in healthcare across Canada and being a patient of Dr. Jos helps you feel a consistency in being cared for. I am very grateful to be her patient.

        The two receptionist are very rude. Giving off a lot of attitude. States they call you back in 15 min if you leave voicemail. Left voicemail Thursday got call back Tuesday. So much for 15 min
