        Was seen at the scheduled time----impressive & almost unheard of these days. Found Dr Norman to be casual & easy going while still professional & knowledgeable. This put me at ease & left me feeling reassured about my gallbladder condition. I would definitely recommend her. D. Lingings

        Saw her 15 yrs ago for gall bladder. Had 2 attacks recently so had to see her again. Staff friendly and no wait time. Still no push for surgery just watch diet.
