I would like to extend my sincere Thank you to Vick for all your help, support, guidance and being patient with us while selecting the furniture for our home (specifically sectional Sofas, recliners and King size bed) We were looking for some custom built sofas and were trying to do some experiment with some different colors and Vick thoroughly understood our needs and advise us on couple of things such as designing, selection of fabric amd color combination etc. Trust me guys he has great sense of designing with furniture and has excelled in his craft. The best about him is that he never push the customer ever and believe in theory of take your time- no rush. He invested a lot of time listening to us and this is his usp. He beleives in investing in people and their stories and then create a product for them. We are very happy with our purchase from Vick and furniture is very sturdy, beautifully stiched with high quality of fabric, and delivered safely to our home on time. He has great customer skills, excellent understanding of furniture market ans product, has good number of optionsto present, reasonable price point. Purchased a sofanice quality, lots of options for personalization, sales team helpful, prices are good. Communications, delivery and service all great. Would recommend. Good option and not big box.
