This company robbed me for over $2000, I ordered a custom couch back in November on Black Friday weekend and its been 6 months. I still dont have my couch & I cant get ahold of the business. They changed their number & the email address they gave me isnt working. The guy that sold me the couch no longer works there either and he wont get back to me either. Now Im out $2000. Im so angry

Fraud Alert. Store has been closed since Mar 6, 2023. Not able contact sales reps, store, warehouse, all have been discontented. If youve had a similar experience leave a review. How are business like this even able to exist?

We purchased the sofa and the bed on September 11 last year, and that said it would be delivered this month. We are not able to contact anyone since March 4, we would like to get our refund or we want to see our sofa and bed!!

FRAUD ALERT !! The store been closed since March, they asked people to come pay for their furniture and they give delivery date after March 6 because they closed their buisness on March 6, Any one paid any money be careful your money is gone, Everyone should write the reviews to those kind of buisness

I had a terrible experience at this furniture store. The staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed when I asked for assistance. After few months , they finally brought out the wrong couch. When I pointed out their mistake, they became defensive and argumentative. The whole experience was frustrating and time-consuming. To make matters worse, the quality of the furniture is subpar. The couch that I received was uncomfortable and felt like it was made from low-quality materials. I do not recommend this store to anyone in the market for furniture. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
