        I had finance with Desjardins and made early settlement in June 2021 (they sent a letter for confirmation of settlement). However, I got year end statement with the balance of my finance informing I still have this balance. Call and informed them they acknowledge their fault but, because of this my credit score was declined to 600. This is unacceptable work ethics from this company and customer penalize because of their process loopholes. I`m not recommending this financial institution to any of your future borrowing requirements.
