I came to the outsourced location of this clinic for an ECG. My appointment was for 10.30, the ecg machines were brought in at 10.40 and had to be set up. This was insane. The fact that they were not ready for my appointment is alarming. After 45 mins of waiting I left because they were still trying to get monitors for the ecg. When asked to rebook my appointment, I refused. It was upsetting especially for someone who is used to being punctual and has other appointments to keep. I am extremely upset because this was a second time I had taken time off to go to the appointment with Hart medical and nothing got done. So, I have spoken to my clinic and I will getting my ECG done elsewhere.

They nethet pick up the calls nor they return the call. Have been trying to reach them for the past few weeks, no response.
