Suraj has been an extremely patient person. Being new comers we had lots of questions related to buying our first home and even more uncertainties about entering the market in post Covid time. Suraj was extremely patient in listening to all the questions and answering them to utmost satisfaction. He was always a call away and ensured that our queries were answered to our satisfaction. He showed us lots of listings and was never rushing through any of the showings. His energy never subsided as we went through 10-12 listings on a weekend day and his attention to detail while viewing the property was second to none! He provided us with lots of insights and correct information to finally take the right decision and buy out very first property in Canada. I can probably write an essay about Suraj! He has been an extremely patient person. Being new comers we had tons of uncertainties and millions of questions all of those leading us to being clueless. Suraj was extremely patient in listening to all the questions and answering them to utmost satisfaction. He was always reachable and never seemed to be in a hurry to end the call or rush us out of any showings. We identified the houses that we liked and he was with us through almost 10-12 showing over a weekend day with same amount of energy and gusto.
