we are bit skeptical with the market pricing and were in a dilemma to sell the house or not , but ANUJA made aware of all the market details provided all the inputs and supported in renovation the house and was very helpful with all the updates on a daily basis with how many people viewed what offers and also she was giving me the estimates in the same area. she had been a great agent for our family/friends and was able to get above market value offers !! Great Agent and will suggest her for anyone and specially for people who don't have enough knowledge of current market. overall she crossed our expectations way and beyond !!!

My husband and I are so grateful weve had Anuja throughout the process of selling our home and buying our forever home. She certainly made the process less stressful and more enjoyable. When we first met Anuja, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that with time and with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property, Anuja would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Anuja also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with.
