My sister and I worked with Tom Joseph and his team to sell a house/property in Scarborough that has been in our family for over 60 years. Tom and his team was extremely sensitive and they were very transparent with the process. I've known Tom and used his services for close to 25 years. Starting with Tom's successful sale of my first home (over asking!), I in turn recommend him to friends. Recently, I asked Tom to help with the sale of my parents house. Suffice to say that it sold within one week and over asking. Although the offer was over asking, Tom felt there was more to be had and suggested we counter for even more. We did and we got what Tom thought was available. There are a number of reasons that I rely on Tom. First, he adopts a team approach, with his staff assisting us by being onsite when contractors needed to touch up the property. His innovative use of drone photography, effective staging, complimentary home inspection and multi-channel marketing even before the property was listed guaranteed a successful sale above asking.

We worked with Tom to sell our family home of over 35 years and to purchase a condo as my parents are downsizing. We could not have asked for a better experience! Weve had the pleasure with working with Jom Joseph from TJ Team for over 8 years and can't speak highly enough of our experience with Jom.
