We have worked with Jay on finding our next rental home in Toronto. This was particularly new and difficult for us as we were moving from the USA to CANADA and had to decide on our home without personally looking into it, everything had to be done online and involved trusting our agent more so. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice and in the process I met Jay. In my first conversation with him, it was clear that I was not talking to any other real estate agent and he stood out from others that I spoke to until that time. Within few hours,Jay sent out all the information in regards to the city, schools and neighborhood like we talked over the phone and there by confirmed my intuition and impression regarding him. Jay always made sure that our priorities came first and then everything else. He did came up with shortlisted properties that matched our criteria and visited the properties that we liked the most and gave his honest opinion and reminded how the property would/wouldnt be in our best interests. It is his honesty and genuine feedback without hidden agenda along with customer first attitude that separates him from others and makes his easily one of the best service providers that we ever worked with. I realize it won't always be this easy to rent your home in a foreign country, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

When I first met Jay he was very easy going and easy to get along with. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He listened to what I was looking for and what peaked my interest when it came to my future home. So when it came time to look at properties, Jay made sure I was able to see all the properties I liked and had chosen, along with other properties that he had thought I would like. As we were viewing properties, Jay had pointed out things that I would have never thought of, like noise from the highways or roads when all the windows were closed. He mentioned that it would be hard to relax after a days work with all that noise. This showed that he understood me and what kind of things were important to me, since I work nights and need to sleep during the daytime. When we found the townhouse that I liked, I had a budget in mind and Jay was able to find and negotiate the price to within it. This made me really happy. I got my dream home within my budget. Needless to say, the entire transaction went very smoothly. He even helped me negotiate buying furniture from the previous owners of the property. This was not a part of his job, but he helped me anyway. He really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Jay to my family and friends and would have no doubts calling him again for any home buying needs. Thank you Jay and keep up the good work!
