Riyaz has helped us with selling our house. He will guide you step by step through the whole process. He is an extremely professional and personable individual, who truly cares about his clients. With Riyaz i have not once felt rushed, pressurized or hesitant to ask questions. He is very easy to communicate with and responds quick. When having to deal with such a large transaction such as buying and selling a home it can be quite stressful, but with Riyaz on your side you have nothing to worry about. I would highly reccomend Riyaz Malam if you are looking to buy or sell your house. He is one of the best agents in the GTA.
