Kumar had helped me with the purchase of my first condo and also with renting it out quickly. He is very trustworthy and honest and always had my best interest at heart every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family when it comes to either selling or buying their property.

Despite being in the real estate industry, "hall of fame recipient", Kumar has flouted more rules as a landlord than I can recount here. When asked to fix a heating and insulation problem (a basic provision), "hall of fame recipient" Kumar's initial response, and I quote, was "I'm sorry to say that at this moment we can't afford to hire a professional for this reason because we are already paying a really high interest rate for the mortgage trying to keep the house in the difficult time and we have spent quite a lot of money to do the renovation.". "Hall of fame recipient" Kumar also continues to use the property he leased out as his personal storage space - "I will come next week" to clear his items never seems to come. Not only are we living in his shoddily renovated fixer-upper that he has been unable to sell in the market, we're also left dealing with his complete failure to follow basic property standards set by the industry that governs him. We are in the process of seeking legal resolution to many of the issues we're facing with him. If you're looking for a real estate agent, I suggest you take your business to someone who'll live up to the ethical standards that are so unfortunately missing in Kumar.
