I had the great fortune of working alongside Yasir for purchasing and selling of my homes in this volatile and unpredictable market. Yasir is truly a professional. He understood the exact details of what needed to be accomplished in order to fulfill my requirements and have a quick and smooth transaction. On the selling of my home, he personally went door to door canvassing at a 3 to 4 block radius and conducted an aggressive marketing blitz !!! . The response was unbelievable. Following the blitz we had an open house and we had a lineup of people waiting to view the house. Both days , we extended the viewing hours to accommodate the viewings. One day after the open house my house was sold and we were overwhelmingly pleased with the results!!!. At no point did I feel that Yasir pressured me or made me feel obligated to sell. Yasir was transparent throughout the transaction and and no matter what time of the day, he would happily answer my calls. I was so impressed with the way he conducted himself that I asked him to represent me as a buying agent in in area that he had never worked in. I was a little sceptical in the beginning due to the fact that he had no prior knowledge of another citys market. Yasir personally researched and consulted with multiple agents in the area to understand the demographics and their market trends of the city. He diligently searched the home I was looking for and made multiple visits to the Windsor area to accompany me in the search of my home. Less than one week into our search we were able to secure the perfect property. The entire process of buying and selling was seamless. Yasir represented my interests well in both transactions.
