Betterview Roofing and Masonry

Betterview masonry and roofing absolutely came to the rescue about a week before Christmas to replace one third of my roof which is a flat roof. I had a leak in the bathroom. They indicated that there were holes and that after inspection it needed to be re-built. The initial estimate seemed reasonable, but the end expense was obscene, and out of a regular persons reach. I assumed it was fixed, then had an additional leak which they repaired, but I suspect that was the roofers error made during the replacement. The roofer made three commitments: 1) providing am itemized bill 2) providing the photos of the damaged roof 3) repairing the bathroom ceiling. The roofer promised that the items would be forthcoming, but to no avail. It has been more than a month. I would like to have the itemized bill at a minimum. Lastly, you can rest assured that I will never recommend these people nor invite them for additional work. Service: Roof installation
