Having just come off of shoulder surgery in January of 2017 and not knowing what to do as far as rehab and a plan for returning to baseball, I came back home and reached out to Steve at the Baseball Development Group (BDG) After spending the summer of 2017 being trained and coached by them, I am now able to confidently say that I have a new handle on my career moving forward. They are able to do a phenomenal job with a hands on approach to assessing an athlete and a development plan moving forward. Without a doubt the best baseball instruction and training facility in Canada. You will not get the kind of service and quality that they provide anywhere else.
