        Horrible experience. My reservation was for 9am and they didnt show up until nearly 9:30am. I rented a dolly and they forgot to include it but still charged me. I was promised a $20 credit for my trouble but they didnt credit my invoice and no one has responded to my emails. I will never rent another vehicle from this business.

        Helpful people. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot where I returned the U-Haul truck. These guys found my wallet and called me immediately. I picked my wallet with nothing missed.
