I wasn't going to do this but the way I was spoken to doesn't sit right so... Some time ago I originally got my phone screen replaced here after it was dropped. After it was repaired, My phone experienced issues but I didn't have the time to take it back and eventually the screen stopped working. I did not drop it this time, and I made sure to explain that. Once again I got my phone back and the screen still had issues (clicking things without me touching the screen, typing full sentences I wasn't typing, the camera glitching out, etc). I wasn't very happy with the fact that he was telling me I dropped it even tho I had explained that i took it out of my pocket and it just stopped working. There wasn't even a scratch or crack. The screen protector wasn't put on properly and I could tell he was in a rush cause he told me he was going to close early and after handing me my phone with the screen protector clearly not on correctly he said "the bubbles will go away with use". Not even two weeks later the same thing happened, as I was texting my phone just turned black. I went back in and it was handled unprofessionally. I explained that I thought the screen turned a blue colour before going black which was my mistake cause after that, Without diagnosing my phone, or even looking at it, he told me I had dropped it just because I mentioned the colour blue and he can't fix it under warranty.... I kept explaining that this wasn't my fault and the screen stopped working randomly but all he kept saying is I dropped it. I went to another shop and they told me that I was given a horrible product the last repair and that I should have never been charged that much the last time. They gave me a loner phone and screen protector without even having to ask and They fixed my phone for way less on the same day and there's not a single issue. Not to mention that wireless first aid took three days the first time and an entire week the second. I'm really glad I didn't let this shop basically convince me I was lying. My family, friends and I have gone here for years and bought many electronics as well so it was disappointing but glad they led me to a better place! (Mobile junction). The man was entirely condescending and disparaging with how he spoke to me and considering how much money I've spent here, I left feeling that much worse about it. Do better Apr 18th, 2023
